TV presenter, radio host, actress, MC, voice-over artist, and inspiration are the few titles added to her sleeves. Anele Zondo, well known as "Neythebae" , is a Newcastle KwaZulu-Natal born and raised media and showbiz wunderkind. Coupling her media

studies qualification with talent and zest, Anele is named Mzansi's triple threat by Z'khiphan. Anele's love for presenting started at the young age of 16 years, before her big break on Channel O's flagship music show, Massive Music alongside co-host Smash Afrika and Lalla Hirayama. 


Anele first made it into the top 10 MTV VJ searches. Her acting skills have landed her a support lead role on Africa's beloved The River, a lead in the Action Movie Gereza, and many more. As an MC she’s seen many graced the likes of corporate events such as the Nedbank Youth X, Hosting the very first Basadi in Music awards as well as well as various concerts and shows in Africa.

Anele’s brand collaborations boast an impressive resumé of respected brands that have collaborated with her on a brand-to-brand basis due to her fan base that continuously grows with her. She has been the face of many first-time collaborations such as collaborating with German Makeup brand Catrice as their very first brand ambassador, The Fix fashion brand as well as Exclamation Fragrances as B2B partnerships to name a few.

Anele launched her music career in 2021 with her debut hit single Ingwe, which saw her steal the hearts of hundreds and thousands of listeners and fans. She has since released an EP titled YTYKM and more singles.

 

Winning awards for her music and visuals in 2023 has made her music career undoubtedly one to look out for. She has graced many stages with her electrifying performances, stage presence, and fashion sense. She continues to do so as she grows into the global market.
