Hip Hop DJ, Radio personality, MC, TV Presenter, Music Producer and Singer, Ms Cosmo is one of the most sought after DJ’s in the country.
Ms Cosmo is a fierce Johannesburg based DJ who has gained widespread respect within the music and entertainment industry. Her first interest in the entertainment was as a singer, as she grew, so did her love for music, which led her to enrolling into a DJ school to which refined her mixing and vinyl skills.
As an internationally recognised Hip Hop DJ, Ms Cosmo has not only made her mark on the African continent, but she has also showcased her talent in front of thousands of fans at major concerts and events for well- known artists such as Kanye West, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper, Didier Drogba and many others.
Over the years, Ms Cosmo has released hit songs while collaborating with numerous South African artists such as Nasty C, Kwesta , KidX , Solo , Nomuzi and Sho Madjozi.
She has made appearances on shows such as ‘Sway In The Morning’ and has been a guest DJ on NBA Africa All Star Events in the United States. The multi-talented DJ has also presented awards at the ChannelO music awards as well as the South African Music Awards (SAMA’s) . With an amazing personality and gift for radio, Ms Cosmo brought great entertainment on her shows ‘The Trap House’ and ‘The Stir Up’ which aired every Saturday and Sunday on 5FM.
Ms Cosmo is now part of the POP cast on ChannelO with Scoop Makhathini, DJ Speedsta and DJ Vigilante, which has been nominated for the DSTV Content Creator Awards. She has recently moved to Metro FM, as co-host for the radio show ‘The Encore’ with Kayeezi, a fast past paced three hour R&B and Hip Hop.
Empowering women in the industry, Ms Cosmo has given talented females a platform allowing them to showcase their gifts on her newly launched YouTube series called #SheSocialPodcast (@shesocial_sa).
